guitar question ._.”?

Ok, well i started two days ago when i got my old guitar new strings on it (thanks John! ) and i knew how to read tabs and so i’ve been reading and playing reading and playing (ect.) So, now i can play alot of intro’s to songs. They are; Sweet Child O’Mine (but it’s kinda slow) I Hate My Life (Theory of A Dead Man – almost whole song) Iron Man, Smoke on The Water, and Hey There Delilah (almost whole song). I’m not braggin but i wanna know if im doing good because i dont know how fast people learn this. And any other songs that i could learn how to play with tabs? Easy and good please . Sounds like you’re doing great. At some point you’ll probably want to understand music theory, learn various scales and positions and be able to improvise and create your own sound, but for starters you’re doing well reading the tabs and learning those songs. I like going on YouTube and just typing in topics like “Blues guitar lessons”. Or sometimes if you type the name of a song you’ll find someone demonstrating how to play it.
