ban all loud mufflers?

I just got out of iron man 2. great movie btw. and yes there is a scene after the credits. anyways, I was chatting in the theater parking lot with friends. 3 vehicles went by us and revved their damn engines and roared their mufflers. Don’t they realize that NO ONE thinks they’re cool? And I enjoy music in my car. I also enjoy being able to hear my phone when it rings too. I’m just tired of some jackass drag racing in front of my apartment. If your muffler and/or music can rattle my windows, it’s too damn loud! would you support laws banning all loud mufflers and extremely loud music?

I’m a biker .Well x biker but still ride.I have loud pipes on both my Harley’s. I can understand people bothered by loud pipes but the thing is even with loud pipes there only loud when you are nailing the throttle.I do this when I think I’m going to get cut off .It lets them know I’m there .But when I’m driving home or past some one walking a dog or walking with their baby. I’m as quite as can be. As far as kids thinking their cool they are just being kids .You can’t tell me you have never done something like that thinking you where cool at the time .
